Agatha Moreira is one of the great names of her generation. After shining in prime time in Terra & Paixão (2023), a soap opera by Walcyr Carrasco, the actress now returns to the 9pm time slot as the protagonist of Mania de Você, the new work by author João Emanuel Carneiro.

After six years working as an international model for several brands and living in several countries (New York and South Korea, for example), she began her career as an actress on TV in Malhação in 2012. Her talent and charisma won over the public and since then she has been working on several projects.

In 2014, she participated in the last soap opera by renowned author Manoel Carlos, Em Família, marking her debut in prime time on TV Globo. But it was in 2015 that she captivated the audience with the fun and limitless Giovana (kika) in Verdades Secretas, one of Walcyr Carrasco's biggest hits, which earned her the award for best actress at the Prêmio Jovem Brasileiro.

In the following years, she stood out in ‘Haja Coração’ (2016) and Novo Mundo (2017). In 2018, she starred in Globo's 6pm soap opera, ‘Orgulho e Paixão’, playing the sweet Ema, and once again made the audience root for a happy ending for her heroine.

In 2019, she changed her sweet tone and returned to prime time as the villain Josiane, a deceitful young woman who betrayed and robbed her own mother in ‘A Dona do Pedaço’, in a new successful partnership with Walcyr Carrasco. A success, she won the Actress of the Year category at the Prêmio Geração Glamour. In 2021, to the delight of audiences and fans, she returned to one of her most special roles, Giovanna, in ‘Verdades Secretas 2’. For the new phase of the character, the actress radically changed her look and sported short, platinum hair.

In parallel to TV, Agatha has also been building her path in cinema. She was part of the cast of two films: ‘Pixinguinha: Um Homem Carinhoso’ (2018) and ‘Missão Cupido’.
