CAREER
She debuted on television in 2013, as Maria, in the second version of the children's soap opera Chiquititas, on SBT, a character that belonged to Carla Diaz in the first version of the soap opera, in 1997. Sophia had already worked, since she was five years old, in advertising for several brands.
Between 2015 and 2016, Sophia was in the soap opera Cúmplices de um Resgate, as Dóris, replacing actress Duda Wendling, who ended her contract with the network.
In 2017, the actress was cast in the soap opera As Aventuras de Poliana, by Íris Abravanel, which replaces Carinha de Anjo. The choice was announced on July 4, 2017.
Sophia has also worked in cinema and theater. Her film debut is scheduled for August 2017, with the film "Como Nosso Pais", by Laís Bodanski, in which she stars alongside Maria Ribeiro and Paulo Vilhena. At the theater, Sophia participated in the show "What will have happened to Baby Jane?", which ran between 2016 and 2017. In the play, she shared the stage with Nicette Bruno, Eva Wilma and Nathália Timberg.
In December 2022, she announced the end of her contract with SBT after almost 10 years. The artist leaves the station after "Poliana Moça", in which she plays the protagonist, Poliana. In a post on Instagram, the actress made a point of thanking everyone who was part of her professional career at the network.
